Baseball Preview: Huntsville Panthers vs. Sparkman Senators
The Huntsville Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Sparkman Senators at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Huntsville will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
Huntsville made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Westminster Christian Academy, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Panthers blew past the Wildcats 10-3 on Friday. That's two games straight that the Panthers have won by exactly seven runs.

Josh Knight was excellent, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-2. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Landon Scott, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.
Meanwhile, Sparkman didn't have quite enough to beat James Clemens on Monday and fell 2-1. The Senators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Huntsville pushed their record up to 14-15 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.0 runs over those games. As for Sparkman, their loss dropped their record down to 14-18.
