Morro Bay barely beat Lompoc the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Pirates were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Braves on Tuesday. The win was familiar territory for the Pirates, who have now won three matches in a row.

Morro Bay was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-8, 25-19.

Morro Bay's victory bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Lompoc, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Morro Bay will be taking part in a tournament against Elsinore on September 5. As for Lompoc, they are taking a road trip to take on Nipomo at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
