Baseball Recap: Stagg Delta Kings vs. Edison Vikings
While Stagg's win against Edison wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Delta Kings won by a run and slipped past the Vikings 7-6. The Delta Kings have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Vikings on Wednesday, too.
Sebastian Ramirez made a splash while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 11 over 5.2 innings pitched. Those 11 strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 2-for-2.
