Volleyball Recap: South Rowan Raiders vs. West Rowan Falcons        
        
		
             After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Lake Norman Charter, South Rowan was happy to have turned things around  on Wednesday. They had just enough and edged the West Rowan Falcons out  3-2. The  win was some much needed relief for the Raiders as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.
 South Rowan took West Rowan into a fifth set  where they got it done with a ten-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-23, 28-26, 20-25,  15-5.
 South Rowan was led to victory by  Raegan Shell and  Campbell Withers.  Shell  had 11  digs and 25  assists, while  Withers  had 27  digs. Withers is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had four or more in the last 40 games she's  played dating back to last season.
 South Rowan's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for West Rowan, their loss  ended  a  four-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 5-7.
 South Rowan will welcome West Cabarrus  at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday. West Cabarrus is coming into the  game with four straight  defeats on the road,  meaning South Rowan will have to defend against a  team hungry for a  win. As for West Rowan, they will head out to  challenge Lake Norman Charter  at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. Lake Norman Charter will roll in looking for their  11th straight  victory, something West Rowan surely won't give up without a fight.
