Franklin Monroe has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6-2 record this season. As for Preble Shawnee, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-5-2.

Looking ahead, Franklin Monroe will head out on the road to face off against Twin Valley South at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Franklin Monroe will be up against Twin Valley South's rather soft defense (which has allowed 7.75 goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Preble Shawnee, they will host Stivers School for the Arts at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
