Soccer Game Preview: Deltona vs. Seabreeze

Deltona is 0-7 against Seabreeze since November of 2014 but things could change on Monday. The Deltona Wolves will be playing in front of their home fans against the Seabreeze Sandcrabs at 7:00 p.m.

Deltona is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to six goals on Wednesday, they were much more limited against DeLand on Thursday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 8-0.

Meanwhile, Seabreeze had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over the Sharks. The Sandcrabs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by three goals or more this season.

They hit Atlantic with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Owen Applegarth, Rhett Opaleweski, Charlie Triplett, and Juan Bernal.

Deltona's loss dropped their record down to 3-8-2. As for Seabreeze, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.
