Softball Recap: Pensacola Catholic Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pensacola Catholic can now relate to. They fell 4-0 to the Freeport Bulldogs on Monday. Considering the last time the Crusaders couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Pensacola Catholic saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Morgan Smith, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. Smith has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last seven times she's played.
