Volleyball Recap: Aurora West College Prep Academy Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Aurora West College Prep Academy lost against Loveland Classical back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Spartans came up short against the Lions, falling 3-0. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-4, 25-14, 25-13.

Among those leading the charge was Sofia Winters, who had six digs and five aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Aurora West College Prep Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Loveland Classical, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-9 record this season.

Aurora West College Prep Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on DSST: Green Valley Ranch at 5:30 p.m. on the 20th. As for Loveland Classical, they will take on Nederland at 5:00 p.m. on the 17th.
