Football and volleyball squads earn the school year's latest round of awards.

Top 10 plays of the week
Steve and Chris break down the 10 best high school football plays in the country from last weekend.

You nominate, we decide...who had Ohio's best team performance last week?

MaxPreps is proud to announce that we will again sponsor a team of the week during the 2018-19 school year.

How does it work?

Each week during the season (regular and post), there will be a fan-generated contest to nominate weekly winners. Each winning team (boys and girls) will receive an award (certificates).

Football, girls and boys soccer, boys and girls golf, field hockey, girls tennis, boys and girls cross country and volleyball teams are eligible for the award in the fall.

To nominate a team, email information to Eric Frantz at efrantz@maxpreps.com. Please include the team, gender and why they are worthy. Winners will be selected from the nominations and announced every Thursday.
