Soccer Game Preview: Rolesville vs. Wakefield

Rolesville hasn't had much luck against Wakefield recently, but that could start to change on Monday. Rolesville will be playing at home against Wakefield at 5:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Rolesville comes in on four and Wakefield on three.

Rolesville proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by five) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past Corinth Holders 2-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Rolesville were the better team in the second half.

Kelcey Bennett was the driving force of Rolesville's attack as she scored both of Rolesville's goals, bringing her season total up to 18 goals.

Meanwhile, Wakefield was able to grind out a solid win over Enloe on Tuesday, taking the game 4-2.

Rolesville's victory bumped their record up to 9-0-1. As for Wakefield, the win got them back to even at 3-3-2.
