Somers found a leader in Will Accorsi as the team took down Bolton on Wednesday. Accorsi made a major impact, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 1.3 stolen bases per game.

Accorsi and Somers will square off against Cheney Tech at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Spartans are a perfect 4-0 against the Chargers going back to May of 2021, a lead they'll look to extend.
