Volleyball Recap: Pelham Takes a Loss

Pelham lost against Oak Mountain back in September of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Eagles. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-16, 25-14.

Aubrie Smith paced Pelham's offense, picking up ten kills. Smith got some help from Bristol Hannah and her 20 assists.

Pelham's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Oak Mountain, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Looking ahead, Pelham will face off against Huntsville at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Oak Mountain, they will host James Clemens at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
