Volleyball Recap: Jack Britt Takes a Loss + How To Watch

After flying high against Terry Sanford last Wednesday, Jack Britt came back down to earth. The Buccaneers came up short against the Gray's Creek Bears on Monday, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Buccaneers have suffered since October 15, 2024.

Jack Britt was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-23, 25-13.

Alexandria (Alex) Jackson paced Jack Britt's offense, picking up six kills. Jackson got some help from Sarah Badra and her 11 assists.

Jack Britt has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season. As for Gray's Creek, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-2.
