Volleyball Recap: Vermillion Comes Up Short

Vermillion lost against Sioux Falls Christian back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tanagers lost 3-0 to the Chargers. The Tanagers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-11, 25-4.

Vermillion's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Sioux Falls Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vermillion will welcome West Central on Saturday. After both having extra time off, Sioux Falls Christian and Elk Point-Jefferson will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
