Byers entered their tilt with Wiggins on Tuesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They took down the Wiggins Tigers 61-45. That's more bragging rights for the Bulldogs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Byers' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Aj Engle, who went 5 for 7 on his way to 11 points in addition to six boards and four steals. Cameron Eastwood was another key player, putting up ten points along with five boards and three steals.

Byers' record now sits at 7-1. As for Wiggins, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-4.

Byers will be playing in front of their home fans against Simla at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Simla's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Wiggins, they will venture away from home to face off against Merino at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
