Red Oak waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top against the Lakeview Centennial Patriots by a score of 2-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Hawks also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Maleah Ellis was a one-woman wrecking crew as she had nine digs and five aces. That's the most digs she has posted over her last six contests.

Red Oak's win bumped their record up to 11-4. As for Lakeview Centennial, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.

Red Oak wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Hallsville on the 23rd. As for Lakeview Centennial, they will square off against Wylie at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
