Volleyball Recap: Sunnyside Takes a Loss

Sunnyside saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Arizona Lutheran Academy Coyotes.

Sunnyside has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Arizona Lutheran Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9.

Coming up, Sunnyside will head out on the road to challenge Rio Rico at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Arizona Lutheran Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Maricopa on the 19th.
