Recap: Coshocton Redskins vs. Maysville Panthers
Even though the Maysville Panthers scored an imposing 60 points on Friday, the Coshocton Redskins still came out on top. Coshocton sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 63-60 victory over Maysville. The win made it back-to-back wins for Coshocton.
Colton Conkle had an outrageously good game as he scored 24 points along with 6 rebounds and 6 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Coshocton's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Logan Lonsberry, who scored 13 points.
Coshocton's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Maysville, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
Coshocton will be playing at home against Meadowbrook at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meadowbrook comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Maysville, they will head out on the road to face off against Morgan at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
