Volleyball Recap: Celina Victorious

The Celina Bobcats were able to grind out a solid victory over the Brenham Cubs on Thursday, taking the game 2-0.

Celina found their leader in sophomore Addilyn Paulson, who had seven digs and one assist.

Brenham's loss came despite strong showings from Logan Hayslip and Brinley Benson. Hayslip had 17 digs and three assists, while Benson had five digs and two aces.

The win got Celina back to even at 1-1. As for Brenham, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-2.

Celina wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against New Braunfels on the 14th. As for Brenham, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Lockhart on the 14th.
