After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three matches, Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran finally came back down to earth on Wednesday. They took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kewaunee Storm. The Blazers' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Kewaunee, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Looking ahead, Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran will square off against Green Bay Southwest at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Blazers are facing the Fighting Trojans at the right time seeing as the Fighting Trojans are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Kewaunee, they will challenge Sevastopol at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
