Makel Brown posted a new career-high in runs on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, scoring four runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. He has become a key player for Groves: the team is 5-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 1-4 otherwise.
