While Gates Chili didn't have the best season last year (they finished 5-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They put the hurt on the Greece Arcadia Titans with a sharp 73-53 victory on Monday. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 20 points or more this season.

Gates Chili's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Greece Arcadia, their loss was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-9.

Gates Chili didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 68-64 victory against Spencerport on the 15th. Greece Arcadia has also already played their next game, a 63-61 win against Brockport on the 15th.
