Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dinwiddie). They enjoyed a cozy 78-63 win over the Colonial Heights Colonials on Tuesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Generals as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

When it comes to explaining why Colonial Heights lost, don't look at Cameron Hartsoe. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 24 points and 13 rebounds. The game was Hartsoe's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Za'Marion Mason, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 boards.

The win got Dinwiddie back to even at 4-4. As for Colonial Heights, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-8.

Dinwiddie will host Meadowbrook at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Dinwiddie's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests. As for Colonial Heights, they are taking a road trip to challenge Petersburg at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Petersburg is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.9 points per game this season.
