That's the most points Jones has posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was William Whittingstall, who shot 63% from the field to rack up 15 points.

Meanwhile, Fort Bend Marshall beat Port Arthur Memorial 42-31 on Friday. The 42-point effort marked the Buffalos' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Fort Bend Marshall's win bumped their record up to 36-2. As for Alamo Heights, their victory bumped their record up to 30-8.
