Volleyball Recap: Denver North Takes a Loss

Denver North was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Grand Junction Tigers. The Vikings were not able to make up for their defeat to the Tigers from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Denver North may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 20 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-20.

Denver North's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Grand Junction, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-9.

Coincidentally, Denver North and Grand Junction will both be playing Rangeview the next time they take the court. The Tigers will head out to face the Raiders at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Vikings will play them later in the day, at 3:45 p.m.
