David Crockett can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Morristown-Hamblen West Trojans. This was a revenge game for the Pioneers: when they faced off against the Trojans two weeks ago, they had to take a 7-6 loss.

David Crockett saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brylee Tullock, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

David Crockett's victory bumped their record up to 20-8-1. As for Morristown-Hamblen West, they dropped their record down to 9-10 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

David Crockett does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Morristown-Hamblen West, they will take on Morristown-Hamblen East at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
