Basketball Recap: Dodge City Comes Up Short

Dodge City lost against Bishop Carroll back in January of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Dodge City Demons lost 64-40 to the Bishop Carroll Golden Eagles. The Demons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dodge City's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Bishop Carroll, they moved to 6-6 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Dodge City will face off against Alva at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st. As for Bishop Carroll, they and Maize South will face off at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Maize South is coming into the game with five straight victories on the road, so Bishop Carroll will have to stop a team with plenty of momentum.
