Volleyball Recap: Hawthorne Math & Science Academy Takes a Loss

Hawthorne Math & Science Academy lost against California Academy of Math & Science back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Aviators came up short against the Coyotes, falling 3-0. The Aviators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-19, 25-11.

Hawthorne Math & Science Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for California Academy of Math & Science, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Coincidentally, Hawthorne Math & Science Academy and California Academy of Math & Science will both be playing Wildwood the next time they take the court. The Coyotes will head out to face the Wolves at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Aviators will head out to face them at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
