Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Powers). They strolled past the South Wasco County Redsides with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 54-36. This was payback for the Cruisers, who suffered a 51-19 loss the last time these two teams met.

Powers' win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for South Wasco County, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

When Powers and South Wasco County next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Powers will try to stop Toledo's four-game winning streak when the meet at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, South Wasco County will take on Country Christian and their six-game winning streak at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
