Baseball Recap: Bluffton's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After flying high against Blackford last Thursday, Bluffton came back down to earth. The Tigers fell 4-0 to the Rochester Zebras on Friday. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 13-4 to the Zebras when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Bluffton saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trevor Smith, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bluffton fell to 2-1. As for Rochester, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Looking ahead, Bluffton will be playing at home against Manchester at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rochester, they will take on Rossville at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
