Volleyball Recap: Valencia Comes Up Short

Valencia was the 3-1 winner over Canyon when they last played one another on September 2nd, but their luck changed this time around. The Vikings fell just short of the Cowboys by a score of 1-0 on Saturday.

Valencia's defeat dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Canyon, they moved to 10-15 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Valencia will take on rival Hart at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Canyon is set to face off against their familiar foe Saugus at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
