North Caddo has gone a perfect 6-0 against Haynesville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The North Caddo Titans will head out on the road to challenge the Haynesville Golden Tornado at 5:30 p.m. North Caddo has given up an average of 8.8 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.
Last Friday, North Caddo came up short against Minden and fell 11-7. The loss continues a trend for the Titans in their meetings with the Crimson Tide: they've now lost six in a row.

Holt Tunstall was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while going 3-for-4. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in hits. Braxton Wise also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
Meanwhile, Haynesville made easy work of Ringgold on Thursday and carried off a 17-1 win. That 16 run margin sets a new team best for the Golden Tornado this season.
Miller Toney was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-low in walks (zero). He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
In other batting news, Luke Padgett and Kyle Vines did most of the damage at the plate: Padgett went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs, while Vines scored three runs and stole Four bases. while going 2-for-4. Hunter LeBlanc was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing Three bases. while going 3-for-4.
Haynesville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .543. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Haynesville's record now sits at 3-1-1. As for North Caddo, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.
North Caddo was able to grind out a solid victory over Haynesville when the teams last played back in April of 2024, winning 9-6. Does North Caddo have another victory up their sleeve, or will Haynesville turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
