Reed made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 1,748 from 2,133. The improvement was largely due to a 53-44 victory over Galena last week.
The Raiders led I Northern - High Desert in scoring this week by notching 53 points on the Grizzlies. Christopher Denn threw for 139 yards and 3 touchdowns and ran for 128 yards in the win.
Reed's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Jordan DeLeon contributed 286 yards. Wade Eiler helped Reed's passing attack out by catching 6 balls for 66 yards.

Spanish Springs's Hunter Fralick and Gehrig Parks have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 6-3 quarterback Fralick has thrown for 2,489 yards this season, while Parks has 83 catches for 1,118 yards. The Raiders' DeLeon leads the league in rushing yards with 1,510.
Reed's Wells is a few successful plays short of surpassing 1,000 yards receiving this season. He needs only 22 receiving yards against Carson to hit that benchmark. So far this year, he has acheived 61 catches for 978 yards.
The Raiders' Denn is a mere 27 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season. Denn has rushed for 973 yards on 124 carries so far this year.
Denn broke off the longest rushing play in the league this week with a 63-yard run against Galena. Reed defeated the Grizzlies, Denn finishing the game with 128 yards rushing.
