After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Puyallup, Curtis was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Graham-Kapowsin Eagles a 3-0 shutout. Considering Curtis have won six matchups by more than two goals this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Curtis moved to 8-4-1 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Graham-Kapowsin, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-12.

Coincidentally, Curtis and Graham-Kapowsin will both be playing Yelm the next time they take the pitch. The Eagles will head out to face the Tornados at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, while the Vikings will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
