It was a good run, but Tuttle unfortunately witnessed the end of their 16-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Chickasha Fighting Chicks by a score of 4-3. The Tigers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Fighting Chicks earlier this season, when they won 10-0.

Tuttle's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 19-3. As for Chickasha, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

Tuttle will head out on the road to face off against Owasso at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chickasha, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Bartlesville at 4:00 p.m.
