Woodmont and T.L. Hanna are an even 4-4 against one another since March of 2017, but likely not for long. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Yellow Jackets at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for T.L. Hanna, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 9-2 margin over Pendleton on Monday.

Emma Williams 2027 was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one double. That triple was her first of the season.

In other batting news, Kendall Coakley 2029 was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double. Izzy Webb 2028 was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run.

T.L. Hanna was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .448. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .300 or higher in five consecutive contests.

T.L. Hanna's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.4 runs over those games. As for Woodmont, their victory bumped their record up to 15-5.
