Bishop Timon-St. Jude skates past Cardinal O'Hara with ease

The Bishop Timon-St. Jude Tigers can now show off 16 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Cardinal O'Hara 90-57 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Bishop Timon-St. Jude sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Bishop Timon-St. Jude's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nakyhi Harris, who scored 25 points along with three steals. Harris is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 21 or more in the last seven games he's played. Jaiden Harrison was another key contributor, dropping a triple-double on 16 points, ten rebounds, and 12 assists.

Cardinal O'Hara lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Gavin Johnson, who scored 19 points along with five assists and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Amir Harper, who scored 13 points.

Cardinal O'Hara struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only four offensive rebounds. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Bishop Timon-St. Jude pulled down 11 offensive rebounds.

Bishop Timon-St. Jude pushed their record up to 19-2 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 88.0 points per game. As for Cardinal O'Hara, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Timon-St. Jude will face off against St. Francis at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. One thing working in Bishop Timon-St. Jude's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season. As for Cardinal O'Hara, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Mary's at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Cardinal O'Hara focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Monday.
