Falls Lake barely beat Vance Charter the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Firebirds were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Knights on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Firebirds sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Falls Lake not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Vance Charter between 14 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 25-14.

Sadye Buffaloe paced Falls Lake's offense, picking up ten kills. Buffaloe got some help from Tess DeZurik and her ten assists. Kate DeZurik controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Falls Lake's win bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Vance Charter, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-3.

Falls Lake does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Vance Charter, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Oxford Prep on the 14th.
