Basketball Recap: Harmony Area Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Harmony Area lost against Moshannon Valley back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Owls were beaten by the Black Knights/Damsels 64-37. The matchup marked the Owls' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Moshannon Valley had a senior duo take command as Kaden Mills almost dropped a double-double with 19 points and nine rebounds and Troy Canner shot 50% from the field on his way to 19 points and eight boards. The contest was Canner's third in a row with at least 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jensen Hansel, who posted seven points.

Harmony Area moved to 3-2 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Moshannon Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Harmony Area didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 67-44 victory against Curwensville on the 17th. As for Moshannon Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 51-42 win against Bald Eagle Area on the 16th.
