Central Cambria came tearing into Thursday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 8 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the West Shamokin Wolves with a sharp 14-8 win.
JD Brouse was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched.
