Basketball Game Preview: Palmyra Panthers vs. Delran Bears

Palmyra and Delran are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2017, but not for long. The Palmyra Panthers will head out on the road to challenge the Delran Bears at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Palmyra took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They walked away with a 61-51 win over Willingboro.

Meanwhile, Delran was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 69-64 to Pennsauken. The Bears haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Delran's loss dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Palmyra, the victory got them back to even at 12-12.

Palmyra beat Delran 66-58 in their previous meeting back in January. Will Palmyra repeat their success, or does Delran have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
