Volleyball Recap: Delta Victorious

The Delta Eagles earned a 2-0 victory over the Western Panthers on Saturday.

Among those leading the charge was Kate Manor, who had six digs and three aces. That's the most aces she has posted since back in August. Sienna Richards was another key player, getting six digs and two aces.

They weren't the only good server: Delta was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. They are 4-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Delta now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Western, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-9 record this season.

Delta wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Union County on the 13th. As for Western, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Noblesville on the 13th.
