Volleyball Recap: Hoopeston Cornjerkers vs. Salt Fork Storm

Hoopeston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Salt Fork Storm. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cornjerkers of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.

Hoopeston will challenge Urbana University at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Urbana University is coming into the contest with three straight losses at home, meaning Hoopeston will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory. As for Salt Fork, they will welcome Chrisman at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
