Canyon has gone a perfect 7-0 against Castaic recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Cowboys will be playing in front of their home fans against the Coyotes at 5:30 p.m. Canyon is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.

Canyon's tournament run continued when they took on Littlerock on Saturday. The Cowboys came out on top against the Lobos by a score of 2-0.

Meanwhile, Castaic earned a 3-1 win over Hart on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Coyotes in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now won four in a row.

The win didn't come easy: Hart scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-19, 20-25, 25-22.

Castaic's victory bumped their record up to 12-10-1. As for Canyon, their win bumped their record up to 27-8.

Canyon took their victory against Castaic in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Cowboys repeat their success, or do the Coyotes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
