Kings Mountain came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They had to suffer through a 65-37 loss at the hands of Forestview. The Mountaineers have struggled against the Jaguars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Crest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 57-31 to South Point. The Chargers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 33-13.

Abree Smith was Crest's leading scorer, having posted six points.

Kings Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 2-21. As for Crest, their loss dropped their record down to 9-12.
