There's no place like home for Buhach Colony, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 20-3 margin over the El Capitan Gauchos on Tuesday. The Thunder might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Buhach Colony got a great performance from Annika Starling as she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave Starling a new career-high in strikeouts (five).

On the hitting side, Peyton Runyan Rocha was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four runs, and five RBI. Those five RBI gave her a new career-high. Jasmine Resendez was another key player, going 1-for-4 with one home run and four RBI.

Buhach Colony was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .414. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as El Capitan only posted a batting average of .111.

Buhach Colony pushed their record up to 7-9 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Admittedly, the team didn't face the toughest opposition across those games, namely El Capitan, Los Banos, and Golden Valley.
