Darien came into Friday's matchup looking for another win against Warde, but Kayla Huynh wouldn't allow it. The Mustangs blew past the Blue Wave 3-0 on Friday for which the team can thank Huynh, who had 14 digs and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last seven games she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-17, 25-21.

Warde's record is now 13-2. As for Darien, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Warde is set to take on their familiar foe Norwalk at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Darien will face off against rival Danbury at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
