Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Firelands). They were the clear victors by a 30-1 margin over the Oberlin Phoenix on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Phoenix: they've now won three in a row.

Sarah Blankenship and Jeanette Crawford were a major factor no matter where they played. Throwing, Blankenship tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Crawford tossed two innings while giving up just one earned run off one hit. Blankenship has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
