Baseball Recap: Canon-McMillan Takes a Loss

Canon-McMillan fell victim to Norwin and their airtight pitching crew on Saturday. They took a 3-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. Surprisingly, this marked the fourth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

Canon-McMillan's loss dropped their record down to 8-3. As for Norwin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Canon-McMillan will challenge rival Mt. Lebanon at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Norwin is set to square off against their familiar foe Woodland Hills at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Knights are on a three-game streak of home losses, and the Wolverines a three-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck.
