If College Prep was riding high fresh off their 75-24 takedown of Bay Tech two weeks ago, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The contest between the College Prep Cougars and the Redwood Christian Eagles didn't end well, with the College Prep Cougars falling 67-52. The Cougars' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

It was another big night for David Rogers, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and 12 boards for Redwood Christian. The game was Rogers' third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Nehemiah Mitchell, who posted 11 points.

College Prep's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-3. As for Redwood Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-3.

College Prep will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Making Waves Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Redwood Christian, they will face off against Swett at 2:30 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
